Policies - Terms & Conditions

Return of Merchandise: Goods returned because of defect must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number which can be obtained by calling 978-452-1976 and asking for the Purchasing Department or emailing jkuenzler@allsportspromotions.com. All Sports Promotions reserves the right to replace, repair or credit the customer's merchandise. Upon inspection and verification of defective manufactured goods a credit will be issued to the original credit card number for the cost of the goods and all shipping and handling charges.
Goods returned for lack of satisfaction will be credited to the original credit card number for the selling price of the goods only. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. A Return Authorization number is required and can be obtained by calling 978-452-1976 and asking for the Purchasing Department or emailing jkuenzler@allsportspromotions.com.

Goods returned without a Return Authorization will be assessed a 25% restocking charge.

Shipping: All merchandise is shipped via UPS ground service. Customers may request faster delivery service or alternative shipping methods by contacting the All Sports Promotions Purchasing Department at 978-452-1976 or emailing jkuenzler@allsportspromotions.com. Appropriate additional charges will be added to the order.
The use of an alternate shipping method does not preclude the All Sports Promotions standard shipping and handling charges being applied. Alternate shipping methods will incur additional charges, above and beyond the standard shipping and handling charges.
International shipping locations will be handled by UPS. Charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Call the All Sports Promotions Purchasing Department or email jkuenzler@allsportspromotions.com.

Warranty: All products are covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. Contact the All Sports Promotions Purchasing Department by calling 978-452-1976 or emailing jkuenzler@allsportspromotions.com to obtain the warranty for a particular item.

Refused Shipments: All Sports Promotions reserves the right to assess additional handling charges for refused shipments.

Cancellation: Once an order has been submitted it cannot be canceled without the assessment of the shipping and handling charges as well as a 25% restocking charge.
